Causes Of Arthritis

The pain associated with gout is caused by joint damage. Joints consist of the following:

Cartilage. Difficult, but slippery coating on the ends of bones, cartilage allows bones to glide smoothly in common with each other.

Joint capsule. This membrane contains all the hard areas.

Synovium. This thin film lines, and the nerves secrete synovial fluid that lubricates and nourishes the articular cartilage.

How arthritic joint injury

Two main types of damage to the joints of arthritis in different ways.

Osteoarthritis. In osteoarthritis, the wear and tear damage to the cartilage in the bone resulting correction directly on the bone, causing pain and limiting movement. This wear can occur in many years, or it can be accelerated by an injury or an infection common.

Rheumatoid arthritis. In rheumatoid arthritis, which causes the body's immune system attacks the joints and inflamed synovial membrane, swelling, redness and pain. The disease can eventually destroy the cartilage and bones in the joint.
