Prevention Of Bursitis

Although not all types of bursitis can be avoided, you can reduce the risk and alleviate flare-ups by changing the way certain activities. Examples include:

Use the pads on his knees. Use some type of padding to reduce pressure on the knees, if your work or hobby requires a lot of knee.

Cushion his knees. If you sleep on your side, you can place a small pillow between your thighs to help keep the knee above the knees pressing down.

Lift correctly. Bend your knees when lifting. Otherwise, put additional stress on the stock exchanges of the hip.

Keeping pressure off the elbow. Stop leaning on your elbows. If you push up to the elbows to get out of bed, consider tying a rope at the end of your bed so you can get that way.

Wheels for heavy loads. Heavy bags that stress behind. Use a dolly or cart with wheels instead.

Take frequent breaks. Other repetitive tasks with rest or other activities.

Walking. Try not to sit in one position for too long, especially on hard surfaces, because it puts pressure on the hips and buttocks bags.
