Causes Of Bronchitis

Acute bronchitis is usually caused by viruses, generally the same viruses that cause colds and flu. Antibiotics do not kill viruses, so this type of drug is not useful in most cases of bronchitis.

The most common cause of chronic bronchitis is smoking. Air pollution and dust or toxic gases to the environment or workplace can also help to shape.
